Nasturtium Vinegar
We love filling the larder with items that really uplevel everyday cooking. Nasturtium vinegar is such an item. It’s so simple to make and adds a great peppery touch to salad dressings, rice dishes, and deviled eggs.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup nasturtium flowers
White wine vinegar to fill the jar you use
Peppercorns
1 clove garlic (or more)
METHOD:
Simply fill a jar with a lid all the way up with nasturtium flowers, followed by white wine vinegar (you could use apple cider vinegar or white vinegar instead).
Add in peppercorns and garlic, and seal lid.
Shake and let sit for about 4 - 6 days. Then enjoy!
